What we collect, and why

Your email address (to sign you in and deliver your courses), your first name and surname (they appear on your course covers and in our emails to you), and the material you choose to give us for a specific request: a job description, your own notes, or CV content.

That's the list. No analytics trackers, no advertising pixels, no third-party scripts on your course pages.

Your uploads

Files you upload are read for their text and the originals are not retained. CV content must not include personal details (name, contact information, photographs); we check for this and decline CVs that contain it. Responsibility for the contents of any material you upload rests with you.

Material you provide for a request is used only to prepare that request's deliverables.

Your courses

Courses and documents we prepare for you are private by default. They are reachable only by you when signed in, and by people you explicitly invite through the share feature. Hosted links are excluded from search engines.

Email

We send you activation codes, the deliverables you order, and occasional service notes. Non-essential email always carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing never affects your account or your deliveries.

Where your data lives

Our infrastructure runs on Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Resend (email), and Google's Gemini API (content preparation). Data is transmitted to these processors only as needed to provide the service.

Your choices

You can update your name from your account page at any time. To delete your account and its data, write to wecare@jobskills4you.com from your registered address and we'll take care of it promptly.
